DTF Service Policy

Multicraft DTF Service: Artwork Guidelines, Turnaround, and Shipping Policy

Artwork Submission via Webstore:

  • For efficient processing, submit orders through our webstore at Shop.multicraftink.com.
  • Turnaround times and shipping are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday 8am-4:30pm), excluding holidays and weather-related closures.
  • Multicraft is closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day (plus the day before/after), Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (plus the day after), and Christmas (plus the day before/after).

Standard Turnaround Times*:

  • Same Day Shipping: Orders placed by 8 AM EST for prints up to 22”x120”.
  • Ships in 2 Days: Orders placed by 12 PM EST for prints up to 22”x120” or by 8 AM EST for prints up to 22”x480” (2–240” gang sheets).
  • Ships in 3 Days: Orders placed by 8 AM EST for prints up to 22”x960” (4–240” gang sheets).
  • Orders exceeding 4–240” gang sheets will have turnaround times determined upon order receipt.

*Turnaround times are not guaranteed and are subject to change at Multicraft’s discretion.

 Delivery Information:

  • All orders ship via UPS Ground from our Cleveland office (4701 Lakeside Ave E, Cleveland, OH 44114).
  • Delivery times follow UPS’s Ground shipping schedule; delivery dates are not guaranteed.
  • Multicraft is not responsible for delays caused by weather, UPS errors, or damage during shipping.
  • Delivery Options:
    • Will Call pickup is available Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4 PM at our Cleveland location.
    • UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, and Saturday delivery are available for an additional fee. 

Artwork Guidelines:

  • Preferred Format: 300 dpi images with correct dimensions and transparency settings, saved as a PDF with CMYK color profile.
  • Accepted File Types: PNG, PDF, SVG, TIF, TIFF
  • File Requirements: Vector or raster formats are accepted.
  • Raster images must be at least 300 dpi.
  • Artwork Review: Files will be printed as provided unless they do not meet our minimum requirements. If revisions are needed, Multicraft will contact you via email.
  • Multicraft does not offer artwork manipulation services.
  • Gang sheet assembly is available for an additional $25 fee.
  • Production begins once artwork is confirmed as print-ready and the customer has signed off via email.

Artwork Specifications:

  • Max Print Width: 22 inches.
  • Text: Convert all text to curves/outlines before uploading.
  • Line Thickness: Multicraft cannot guarantee quality of transfers for images submitted with lines thinner than 0.02 inches or text smaller than 8 pts.
  • Colors: DTF transfers are printed in CMYK.
  • Fluorescent or metallic colors cannot be reproduced.
  • Pantone colors may differ when printed in CMYK.
  • RGB files will be converted to CMYK, which may cause color shifts.
  • Gradients and Effects: Shadows, fades, and shading may not reproduce or transfer properly.
  • Gradients fading into transparency cannot be printed.
  • You may be able to achieve a gradient effect with the use of halftone dots

 Shipping & Rush Orders:

  • Standard Shipping: $15 flat rate per package.
  • Rush Orders: For rush processing (guaranteed shipping by the next business day for prints up to 22”x120”), requests must be received by 12 PM EST with print-ready artwork.
  • Rush fee: $25
  • Rush orders are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis with a limited number of spots available per business day.
