Shipping Locations:
- Multicraft currently offers domestic shipping only, limited to locations within the United States.
Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped via UPS or LTL (Less Than Truckload) at Multicraft's discretion.
- Expedited Shipping: We offer expedited shipping for customers who require faster delivery times. This service is not available through our online store. To arrange for expedited shipping, please contact our customer service team at (216) 432-5656 option 1, or send an inquiry via email.
Shipping Rates:
- Orders Under $200: A flat shipping rate of $25 will apply.
- DTF Transfer Orders: All DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfer orders are subject to a $15 shipping charge, regardless of the order total.
- Exclusions: Shipping rates mentioned above do not apply to digital equipment and screen printing equipment.
Free Shipping:
- Free shipping is available for orders totaling $200 or more, excluding:
- DTF transfer orders (which have a $15 shipping charge regardless of order total).
- Non-stock items or special order items.
- Additional Fees:
- All digital ink and digital supply orders are subject to a $5 handling fee.
- Non-stock and special order items will incur shipping charges and may incur additional drop ship fees, or handling fees as determined by the vendor.
International Shipping Costs:
- Multicraft does not currently offer international shipping.
Processing Time:
- Standard Orders: If an order is received before 1 PM EST and the items are in stock, it will typically be shipped the same day. Orders received after 1 PM EST may still ship the same day but are not guaranteed and will otherwise ship the next business day. Orders received outside business hours will be processed the next business day.
- Custom DTF Transfers: Production time is based on the how large your order is as well as how many other orders are currently in the production queue.
- Custom PMS Blends: Orders for custom Pantone Matching System (PMS) blends generally ship the next business day.

Delivery Time:
- Delivery times vary based on shipping method and origin location (Cleveland or Chicago). For estimated delivery times, please contact customer service at (216) 432-5656 option 1.
Handling Delays:
- Orders may experience delays due to factors such as holidays, inclement weather, or other unforeseen events. During colder months, products that are sensitive to freezing temperatures may be held to prevent damage. If a delay is anticipated, Multicraft will make reasonable efforts to notify customers.
Tracking Information:
- Web Store Orders: Customers will receive an email notification containing tracking information once the tracking number is available.
- Phone/Email Orders: Tracking numbers for phone or email orders will be included on the invoice. Invoices for stocked items are typically emailed the day after items ship. Invoices for non-stock or special order items are generated and emailed once the vendor bills Multicraft.
