**SPECIAL ORDER ONLY**   Permaset Supercover uses advanced polymer technology to provide unsurpassed color opacity on the darkest fabrics while maintaining a minimal hand.  This water-based screen printing ink is available in 13 Standard Colors, White, First Down White, 8 Glow Colors, 4 Metallic Colors and a Supercover Print Paste. This is a fluorescent color and the word glow refers to the bright color tone. This ink is not glow-in-the-dark.
